Town of West Bend Plan Commission Minutes Thursday May 28, 2026 6:30 PM Town of West Bend Town Hall 1. Order of Business. A. Call Meeting to Order. Chairman Holz called the meeting to order at the Town of West Bend Town Hall at 6:30 PM, accessed via Zoom and telephone. B. Roll Call. Present were commission members Michael Holz, Julie Ihlenfeld, Brad Kopp, Dave Moore, Donna Schneider, Mark Wagor, and Zoning Administrator Ben Greenberg. Jeff Kenkel was excused. C. Approval of Minutes from April 8, 2026 meeting. Moore made a motion to approve the minutes. The motion was seconded by Schneider and passed unanimously. 2. OLD BUSINESS A. Zoning Code Clarification and Clean-Up Items 1. Discussion Zoning Administrator Greenberg summarized staff report dated May 21, 2026. Discussed private roads and roadway setbacks in the R-1S District, clarification of allowable projections into side and front yards, definition of floor area, applicability of garage design standards, redevelopment and modifications to existing nonconforming residential structures on narrow lake lots, principal building height allowances and measurement methodology, and administrative application of accessory structure compatibility standards. 2. Recommendation to the Town Board None. 3. CORRESPONDENCES (none) 4. Comments from the public for items not on the agenda. None 5. Report from Zoning Administrator (no packet materials). Next meeting is rescheduled for Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at 6:30 pm. 6. Adjournment Schneider made a motion to adjourn at 7:59 PM. The motion was seconded by Kopp and passed unanimously.
