The meeting was held at the Town of West Bend, Town Hall, located at 6355 Highway Z, West Bend, WI 53095. Members present were James Ketter, David Anderson , Jam ie Loiacono, and Steve Lindley. Review of the meeting minutes of the April 2026 meeting was completed. David Anderson motioned, James Ketter 2nd, all in favor. Review and approval of the payment of bills was completed. BITCO for $575 and a new battery for the patrol boat $172.17. Jamie Loiacono motioned, James Ketter 2nd, all in favor. Review of Treasurer’s Report was completed by David Anderson. David reviewed the Apil 2026 Financial Report. In addition, David reviewed our Summit Financial Reports for reconciliation. Jamie Loiacono motioned, James Ketter 2nd, all in favor. Other Business: Goose Roundup-since we did not meet the minimum requirements as to the number of geese (40) we did not need the services of the USDA (U.S. Dept of Agriculture). Fish Cribs-we reviewed the information provided by Drew Wallace-Fisheries Biologist for the WI DNR-as to the requirements for placing fish cribs. Insurance-we reviewed the insurance renewal from GPE for the various lines of coverage we purchase, including approval for the $3,440 premium. James Ketter motioned, Jamie Loiacono 2nd, all in favor. Discussion on who to have as a guest speaker(s) for the Annual Meeting. June Meeting-we determined our June SLPRD meeting would take place on 6/23 @ 6pm. Meeting adjourned at 6:58pm.
