The meeting was held at the Town of West Bend, Town Hall, located at 6355 Highway Z, West Bend, WI 53095. Members present were James Ketter, David Anderson, Jam ie Loiacono, and Steve Lindley. Review of the meeting minutes of the November 2025 meeting was completed. David Anderson motioned, James Ketter 2 nd, all in favor. Review and approval of the payment of bills was completed. There were no bills which needed review and approval. Jamie Loiacono motioned, James Ketter 2 nd, all in favor. Review of Treasurer’s Report was completed by David Anderson. David reviewed the December 2025 Financial Report, our January 2025 – December 2025 Profit & Loss Statement and the January 2026 – March 2026 Financial Reports. In addition, David reviewed our Summit Financial Reports for reconciliation. Jamie Loiacono motioned, James Ketter 2nd, all in favor. Other Business: We discussed our Clean Boats – Clean Waters program. Scheduling will again be handled by Grant Nickel. Last year we had just over $10,000 in paid hours for our launch monitors. It was agreed we’d be willing to pay this amount again this season. Joan Missun requested that meeting minutes be posted on the Town of West Bend website. We’ll work with the Town to have a draft of the meeting minutes posted. Discussion took place surrounding wake boats and conducting a water quality study. Further education will be provided regarding all boating activities. In addition, follow up with our AIS Representative will take place regarding the water quality study, as well as, with Eco- Waterways to be sure we’re on their schedule for this season.
