Joint Meeting of District Commissioners from Silver Lake, Little Cedar Lake and Big Cedar Lake Protection & Rehabilitation Districts MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA Pursuant to the requirements of Wisconsin Statutes Section 19.84 & 33.28, notice is hereby given that there will be a meeting of the Commissioners of the Big Cedar Lake, Little Cedar Lake and Silver Lake Protection & Rehabilitation Districts on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at the Town of West Bend Town Hall, 6355 County Trunk Z, West Bend, WI at 6:30 p.m. *The Big Cedar Lake PRD will be holding a monthly meeting of commissioners, prior at 6:00 p.m. at the same location Big Cedar Lake Board of Commissioners: Christopher C. Discussion of proposed actions, issues, or concerns, common to the three lakes, including: ● Presentation from Washington County on lake management plans and an AIS Update (Katie Wilson, Brett Scherer) ● Operation under the Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement: o 2025 Summer Water Safety Patrol o Review of 2025 Public Works and Weed Harvesting operations o Report and planning for 2026 o 2026 Clean Boats Clean Waters AIS Grant Applications for Big Cedar and Little Cedar ● Discussion of issues associated with Public Access, including status of boat launching and car trailer parking facilities at each lake. ● DNR’s aquatic weed harvesting regulations and fees. ● Update on current water quality protection and improvement projects on each lake. ● Stormwater management issues in each of the Lake’s watersheds. ● Discussion/review of recommendations/education on the three lakes in regard to wake surf activities ● 2026 Boating Safety Classes ● Other topics for discussion raised by the Tri-Lakes Commissioners.
