Town of West Bend Town Board Minutes December 10th, 2025 Chairman Zagel called the Town of West Bend Town Board meeting to order at 1:03 P.M. at the town hall. Chairman Zagel read the Call of the Meeting. Roll Call was taken. Present: Chairman Troy Zagel, Supervisor Mark Wagor, Supervisor Steve Lindley, and Clerk Julie Ihlenfeld. Discussion/Action re: Provisional Class “B” Combination: Fermented Malt Beverages and Intoxicating Liquors. 1. Anthony M. Koebel, AMK Timmers Hospitality, DBA: Timmers Restaurant, 5151 Timmer Bay Road, West Bend, WI 53095. Motion by Zagel to approve Provisional Class “B” Combination: Fermented Malt Beverages and Intoxicating Liquors. 1. Anthony M. Koebel, AMK Timmers Hospitality, DBA: Timmers Restaurant, 5151 Timmer Bay Road, West Bend, WI 53095. Seconded by Wagor. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Lindley to adjourn, seconded by Zagel.
