Metz Town Clerk, Kristin Dhein Supervisor, Chad Dhein Supervisor, Jennifer Guslick Treasurer, Dianne Lyman BUDGET MEETING MINUTE Tuesday, October 13, 2026 * Minutes of the Yearly Public Budget Meeting of the Town of Germantown, October 13, 2026 at the Town Meeting Place (3070 Helsan Drive, Richfield, WI 53076) * Clerk posted proper meeting notification. * Meeting was called to order at 7:01 pm by Paul Metz Members Present: Paul Metz-Chairman, Dianne Lyman-Treasurer, Kristin Dhein-Clerk, Jennifer Guslick- Supervisor, Chad Dhein-Supervisor Excused Member: None * Clerk read the minutes of the Budget Meeting held on Tuesday, October 14, 2025. Chad Dhein made a motion to accept the minutes as read. Motion was seconded by Jennifer Guslick. Motion carried. * Treasurer read the Treasurer’s Report. Jennifer Guslick made a motion to accept the Treasurer’s Report. Motion was seconded by Chad Dhein. Motion carried. * The Board reviewed the 2026/2027 proposed budget. * Jennifer Guslick made a motion to propose the budget at the Town meeting on November 9, 2026 to a voice vote of 3 yes to 0 no’s. Chad Dhein seconded the motion. Motion carried. *Chad Dhein made a motion to adjourn. Motion was seconded by Jennifer Guslick. Motion carried. * Meeting adjourned at 9:20 pm.
