Metz Town Clerk, Kristin Dhein Supervisor, Chad Dhein Supervisor, Jennifer Guslick Treasurer, Dianne Lyman ANNUAL MEETING MINUTES Tuesday, April 21, 2026 * Minutes of the Annual Meeting of the Town of Germantown, April 21, 2026 at the Town meeting place (3070 Helsan Dr. Richfield, WI 53076). * Clerk posted the proper meeting notification to the public. * Meeting was called to order at 6:01 pm by Paul Metz. Members Present: Paul Metz-Chairman, Chad Dhein-Supervisor, Dianne Lyman-Treasurer, Kristin Dhein- Clerk Excused Members: Jennifer Guslick-Supervisor Town member/Guests present: None * Clerk read the minutes of the Annual Meeting held on Tuesday, April 15, 2025. Chad Dhein made a motion to accept the minutes read. Motion was seconded by Dianne Lyman. Motion carried. * Examined and discussed the financial status of the Town for 2026. * Paul Metz made a motion to approve Financial Statement. Motion was seconded by Chad Dhein. Motion carried. * Paul Metz appointed the following people for the Planning Board: o Scott Landon for a 1-year term o Peter Kutzora for a 2-year term who is continuing another 2-year term * The following were appointed: o Chad Dhein – Vice-Chairman and Zoning Administrator o Jennifer Guslick – Weed Commissioner * Announcements from Chairman: o The Board discussed issues affecting the Town for the upcoming year, including snow plowing, salt prices, registering for SAM.gov, and road maintenance. * Next Annual meeting will be Tuesday, April 13, 2027 at 6:00 pm. * Chad Dhein made a motion to adjourn.
