Metz Town Clerk, Kristin Dhein Supervisor, Chad Dhein Supervisor, Jennifer Guslick Treasurer, Dianne Lyman PLANNING BOARD & PUBLIC HEARING MEETING MINUTES Monday, April 13, 2026 * The Planning Board and Public Hearing meetings were called to order at 6:00 pm on Monday the 13th day of April 2026 at W216 N14311 Springside Lane, Richfield, WI 53076 * Clerk posted proper meeting notification to the public * Meeting on April 13, 2026 was called to order at 6:00 pm by Paul Metz Members Present: Paul Metz-Planning Commission Chairman, Chad Dhein-Zoning Administrator, Scott Landon – Planning Commission, Kristin Dhein-Town Clerk Town member/Guests present: Jim Hoffmann, Jennifer Larson (Arch Solar), Sharon Kiernan, Dan Gruber * Chad Dhein recapped the request for installation of a ground mount solar array for the Board and attendees. * Jennifer Larson and Jim Hoffmann shared additional information regarding the ground mount solar array. * The Planning Board discussed the installation of the ground mount solar array. * Attendees were given the opportunity to share their thoughts and ask questions of the Planning Board. * The Planning Board approved the request for installation of an 8.72kW ground mount solar array on the property submitted by Arch Solar on behalf of Jim Hoffmann. Chad Dhein made a motion to approve. Scott Landon seconded the motion. * The Planning Board meeting was adjourned and the Public Hearing was called to order at 6:33 pm by Paul Metz. * Neighbors were given the opportunity to share their thoughts and ask questions of the Planning Board. * The request for installation of an 8.72kW ground mount solar array on the property submitted by Arch Solar on behalf of Jim Hoffmann was approved by the public. Dan Gruber made a motion to approve. Sharon Kiernan seconded the motion. * Chad Dhein made a motion to adjourn. Motion was seconded by Paul Metz. Motion carried. * Meeting adjourned at 6:43 pm.
