Metz Town Clerk, Kristin Dhein Supervisor, Chad Dhein Supervisor, Jennifer Guslick Treasurer, Dianne Lyman TOWN OF GERMANTOWN BOARD OF AUDIT - MEETING MINUTES Monday, January 12, 2026 * Minutes of the Board of Audit Meeting of the Town of Germantown held January 12, 2026, at the Town meeting place at 3070 Helsan Drive, Richfield, WI 53076. * Board of Audit was called to order at 8:53 pm on January 12, 2026 by Paul Metz Members Present: Paul Metz-Chairman, Dianne Lyman-Treasurer, Chad Dhein-Supervisor, Jennifer Guslick- Supervisor, Kristin Dhein-Clerk Members excused: None Residents: None * Jennifer Guslick made a motion to waive the minutes for the Board of Audit Meeting held on January 8, 2024. Chad Dhein seconded the motion. Motion carried. * The Board met to audit the Town Books for the business transacted in the year 2025. We went over the transactions and the Treasurer books balanced with the statements. Board members signed the form for the Board of Audit. * Chad Dhein a motion to accept the Board of Audit and Jennifer Guslick seconded the motion. Motion carried. * Chad Dhein made a motion to adjourn. Motion was seconded by Jennifer Guslick and carried by voice vote. * Meeting adjourned at 10:20 pm.
