Metz Town Clerk, Kristin Dhein Supervisor, Chad Dhein Supervisor, Jennifer Guslick Treasurer, Dianne Lyman BUDGET MEETING PUBLIC HEARING & SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES Monday, November 10, 2025 * Minutes of the Yearly Public Budget Meeting of the Town of Germantown, November 10, 2025 at the Town Meeting place at Rockfield Elementary School (N132W18473 Rockfield Rd., Germantown, WI 53022) * Clerk posted proper meeting notification. * Meeting was called to order at 7:03 pm by Paul Metz Members Present: Paul Metz-Chairman, Jennifer Guslick-Supervisor, Dianne Lyman-Treasurer, Chad Dhein-Supervisor, Kristin Dhein-Clerk * Excused Member: None * Town members/Guests present: None * Chad Dhein made a motion to waive the reading of the November 11, 2024 meeting minutes. Jennifer Guslick seconded the motion. Motion carried. * The Board members went over the Proposed 2026 Budget. Jennifer Guslick made a motion to forward the Proposed 2026 Budget to the Town Board. Motion was seconded by Chad Dhein and carried by voice vote. Motion carried. * Paul Metz made a motion to adjourn. Motion was seconded by Jennifer Guslick and carried by voice vote.
