Metz Town Clerk, Kristin Dhein Supervisor, Chad Dhein Supervisor, Jennifer Guslick Treasurer, Dianne Lyman REGULAR MEETING MINUTES Monday, July 14, 2025 * Minutes of the Monthly Regular Meeting of the Town of Germantown, July 14, 2025, at the Town meeting place (3070 Helsan Drive, Richfield, WI 53076) * Clerk posted proper meeting notification. * Meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm by Paul Metz Members Present: Paul Metz-Chairman, Dianne Lyman-Treasurer, Chad Dhein-Supervisor, Kristin Dhein- Clerk Excused Members: Jennifer Guslick-Supervisor * Town members/Guests present: None * Public Presentation: None * Appearance: None * Clerk read the minutes of the Regular Meeting held on Monday, June 9, 2025. Chad Dhein made a motion to accept the minutes as read. Motion was seconded by Paul Metz. Motion carried. * Treasurer read the Treasurer’s Report. Chad Dhein made a motion to accept the Treasurer’s report. Motion was seconded by Paul Metz. Motion carried. * The Board examined the bills to be paid and signed checks. Chad Dhein made a motion to accept the bills. Motion was seconded by Paul Metz. Motion carried. * New Business: o None * Continued Discussion: o Clerk Discussion – Kristin Dhein looked into steps to appoint a Deputy Clerk. She will consider appointing one in the future, if needed. o Solar Panel Road Agreement – Paul Metz will talk to the Village about the road agreement. o Update on .gov email addresses – The .gov email addresses are finalized and the Town Board members have begun setting up their new email addresses. * Clerk dispersed the mail that was received for Board members. * The next regular meeting will be on Monday, August 11, 2025 at 7:00 pm at 3070 Helsan Dr. Richfield, WI 53076 (Upstairs in building across from Cabela’s). * Chad Dhein made a motion to adjourn.
