Metz Town Clerk, Kristin Dhein Supervisor, Chad Dhein Supervisor, Jennifer Guslick Treasurer, Dianne Lyman REGULAR MEETING MINUTES Monday, June 9, 2025 * Minutes of the Monthly Regular Meeting of the Town of Germantown, June 9, 2025, at the Town meeting place (Rockfield Elementary School, N132W18473 Rockfield Rd, Germantown, WI 53022) * Clerk posted proper meeting notification. * Meeting was called to order at 7:02 pm by Paul Metz Members Present: Paul Metz-Chairman, Dianne Lyman-Treasurer, Chad Dhein-Supervisor, Jennifer Guslick- Supervisor, Kristin Dhein-Clerk Excused Members: None * Town members/Guests present: Molly Lang, Bryce Moffett, Joseph Kolbach, Chris Choren, Brittany Trzebiatowski, Bri Wilson * Public Presentation: None * Appearance: None * Clerk read the minutes of the Regular Meeting held on Monday, May 12, 2025. Chad Dhein made a motion to accept the minutes as read. Motion was seconded by Paul Metz. Motion carried. * Treasurer read the Treasurer’s Report. Chad Dhein made a motion to accept the Treasurer’s report. Motion was seconded by Jennifer Guslick. Motion carried. * The Board examined the bills to be paid and signed checks. Chad Dhein made a motion to accept the bills. Motion was seconded by Jennifer Guslick. Motion carried. * New Business: o The Stillery – New Bartenders/Renewals & Liquor License Renewal – The Board reviewed the renewal of The Stillery’s liquor license and renewal/new bartender licenses. Jennifer Guslick made a motion to approve the Stillery’s liquor license. Chad Dhein seconded the motion. Motion carried. Jennifer Guslick made a motion to approve the renewal of 7 bartender’s licenses and accepted the issuing of new licenses for 3 bartenders (Molly Lang, Bryce Moffett, Joseph Kolbach). Chad Dhein seconded the motion. Motion carried. o 145 Saloon – New Bartenders/Renewals & Liquor License Renewal – The Board reviewed the renewal of the 145 Saloon’s liquor license application and renewal o bartender licenses. Jennifer Guslick made a motion to approve 145 Saloon’s liquor license. Chad Dhein seconded the motion. Motion carried. Jennifer Guslick made a motion to approve the renewal of 11 bartender’s licenses. Chad Dhein seconded the motion. Motion carried. o Approving of Conditional Use Permits – Chad Dhein made a motion to approve the renewal of the following conditional use permits: Dan Larsen, Patti’s Groomery, Holly Hill, Brent Stichmann, GFI Enterprise, LLC and Happy Day Farmhaus. Jennifer Guslick seconded the motion. Motion carried. * Continued Discussion: o Solar Panel Road Agreement – Paul Metz will talk to the Village about the road agreement. o Update on .gov email addresses – The .gov email addresses are all set up. Jennifer Guslick and Kristin Dhein will follow up on next steps to finalize the .gov email addresses. * Clerk dispersed the mail that was received for Board members. * The next regular meeting will be on Monday, July 14, 2025 at 7:00 pm at 3070 Helsan Dr. Richfield, WI 53076 (Upstairs in building across from Cabela’s). * Chad Dhein made a motion to adjourn. Motion was seconded by Paul Metz. Motion carried. * Meeting adjourned at 8:54 pm.
