Metz Town Clerk, Cheryl Chybowski Supervisor, Chad Dhein Supervisor, Jennifer Guslick Treasurer, Dianne Lyman REGULAR MEETING MINUTES Monday, April 14, 2025 * Minutes of the Monthly Regular Meeting of the Town of Germantown, April 14, 2025, at the Town meeting place (Rockfield Elementary School, N132W18473 Rockfield Rd, Germantown, WI 53022) * Clerk posted proper meeting notification. * Meeting was called to order at 7:03 pm by Paul Metz Members Present: Paul Metz-Chairman, Dianne Lyman-Treasurer, Jennifer Guslick-Supervisor, Chad Dhein- Supervisor, Cheryl Chybowski-Clerk Excused Members: None * Town members/Guests present: Mike Hug, Jessica Trzebiatowski, Brieann Johnson * Public Presentation: None * Appearance: Deputy Sheriff Jason Finley presented the incident report for the Town of Germantown * Clerk read the minutes of the Regular Meeting held on Monday, March 10, 2025. Chad Dhein made a motion to accept the minutes as read. Motion was seconded by Jennifer Guslick. Motion carried. * Treasurer read the Treasurer’s Report. Jennifer Guslick made a motion to accept the Treasurer’s report. Motion was seconded by Chad Dhein. Motion carried. * The Board examined the bills to be paid and signed checks. Chad Dhein made a motion to accept the bills. Motion was seconded by Jennifer Guslick. Motion carried. * New Business: o 145 Saloon – New Bartenders – The Board reviewed the new bartender licenses for 145 Saloon. Jennifer Guslick made a motion to approve the issuing of new licenses for three bartenders (Jessica Trzebiatowski, Brieann Johnson, and Chelsea Werner). Chad Dhein seconded the motion. Motion carried. o Open Book/Board of Review Scheduling – The Board approved the dates for the Open Book meeting on April 21st, 2025 from 5:00 – 7:00 pm at Rockfield Elementary School and the Board of Review meeting on May 22nd from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at Rockfield Elementary School. * Continued Discussion: o Mike Hug – Mike Hug came before the Board to discuss the building of a larger shed on his property. He is requesting a similar size shed as last time but without the lean to. The Planning Board will be contacted to set up a meeting as soon as possible. o Solar Panel Road Agreement – Paul Metz will be talking to the Village about the road agreement and will follow up on the ARPA award. o ARPA Funds – The Board continued to discuss how to use the remaining ARPA funds. o Update on .gov email addresses – Jennifer Guslick will continue to follow up on finalizing the .gov email addresses. o ATV/UTV Discussion – No updates at this time. * Clerk dispersed the mail that was received for Board members. * The next regular meeting will be on Monday, May 12, 2025 at 7:00 pm at Rockfield Elementary School. * Jennifer Guslick made a motion to adjourn.
