Metz Town Clerk, Kristin Dhein Supervisor, Chad Dhein Supervisor, Jennifer Guslick Treasurer, Dianne Lyman PLANNING BOARD MEETING MINUTES Monday, March 3, 2025 * The virtual Planning Board meeting was called to order at 6:08 pm on Monday the 3rd day of March 2025 on Zoom. * Clerk posted proper meeting notification to the public * Meeting on March 3, 2025 was called to order at 6:08 pm by Paul Metz Members Present: Paul Metz-Planning Commission Chairman, Chad Dhein-Zoning Administrator, Jennifer Guslick-Town Board, Scott Landon-Planning Commission, Jim Hoffmann-Planning Commission, Pete Kutzora – Planning Commission, Kristin Dhein-Town Clerk Town member/Guests present: None * Chad Dhein recapped the request for a zoning variance for the Board and attendees. * The Planning Board discussed the construction of an accessory building exceeding the maximum size permitted by the current zoning ordinances on the property of Mike and Sandra Hug. * The Planning Board denied the requested enlarged accessory structure proposal of 56 ft x 48 ft (2688 sq. ft) but maintains approval of the originally requested structure submitted by Mike Hug in excess of the maximum permitted by the current zoning ordinances. The current Town of Germantown Zoning Ordinances limit an accessory building to be a maximum of 864 sq. ft. The requested structure is 30 ft x 50 ft, for an enclosed area of 1500 sq. ft. Jim Hoffmann made a motion to approve. Scott Landon seconded the motion. * Jennifer Guslick motioned to close the meeting at 7:05 pm. Pete Kutzora seconded the motion. * The Board entered a closed session. * Paul Metz motioned to close the closed session meeting at 7:16 pm.
