Metz Town Clerk, Kristin Dhein Supervisor, Chad Dhein Supervisor, Jennifer Guslick Treasurer, Dianne Lyman PLANNING BOARD MEETING MINUTES Monday, February 10, 2025 * The Planning Board meeting was called to order at 5:21 pm on Monday the 10th day of February 2025 at the property of Mike Hug (N132 W18067 Rockfield Rd., Germantown, WI 53022). * Clerk posted proper meeting notification to the public * Meeting on February 10, 2025 was called to order at 5:21 pm by Paul Metz Members Present: Paul Metz-Planning Commission Chairman, Chad Dhein-Zoning Administrator, Scott Landon-Planning Commission, Jim Hoffmann-Planning Commission, Kristin Dhein-Town Clerk Town member/Guests present: Mike and Sandra Hug, Cheryl Chybowski, John Keller * The Planning Board discussed the construction of an accessory building exceeding the maximum size permitted by the current zoning ordinances. * A request was made to contact Washington County about the proximity of the driveway and the weight limit allowed to drive that close to the mound system, since it will be used to move a heavy trailer to the new structure. Chad Dhein will follow up on this, and a special meeting will be held once an answer has been received. * Jim Hoffmann motioned to adjourn the meeting at 5:46 pm and Chad Dhein seconded the motion. * Meeting adjourned at 5:46 pm.
