Germantown, WI 53022 Matters of business are as follows: 1. Call meeting to order 2. The board will hear and consider a request for a zoning variance submitted by Mike and Sandra Hug to construct an oversized accessory building on the property. The property is zoned "Residential B" and is a combination of 4 parcels totaling 0.89 acres in size located within the Town of Germantown, Washington County, Wisconsin. A planning board meeting and public hearing are required because the requested size of the accessory structure is 56 ft x 48 ft (2688 sq.ft). The current limit for accessory building size on that parcel according to the ordinances based on the lot size would be 864 sq.ft.
