Metz Town Clerk, Kristin Dhein Supervisor, Chad Dhein Supervisor, Jennifer Guslick Treasurer, Dianne Lyman TOWN OF GERMANTOWN BOARD OF AUDIT - MEETING MINUTES Monday, January 8, 2024 * Minutes of the Board of Audit Meeting of the Town of Germantown held January 8, 2024, at the Town meeting place at Rockfield Elementary School, N132W18473 Rockfield Rd., Germantown, WI 53022 * Board of Audit was called to order at 8:24 pm on January 8, 2024 by Paul Metz Members Present: Paul Metz-Chairman, Dianne Lyman-Treasurer, Chad Dhein-Supervisor, Jennifer Guslick-Supervisors, Kristin Dhein- Clerk Members excused: None Residents: None * Chad Dhein made a motion to waive minutes for January 9, 2023. Motion was seconded by Jennifer Guslick. * The Board met to audit the Town Books for the business transacted in the year 2023. We went over the transactions and the treasurer books balanced with the statements. Board members signed the form for the Board of Audit. * Jennifer Guslick made a motion to accept the Board of Audit and Chad Dhein seconded the motion. * Chad Dhein made a motion to adjourn.
