Metz Town Clerk, Kristin Dhein Supervisor, Chad Dhein Supervisor, Jennifer Guslick Treasurer, Dianne Lyman TOWN OF GERMANTOWN BOARD OF AUDIT - MEETING MINUTES Monday, January 13, 2025 * Minutes of the Board of Audit Meeting of the Town of Germantown held January 13, 2025, at the Town meeting place at Rockfield Elementary School, N132W18473 Rockfield Rd, Germantown, WI 53022 * Board of Audit was called to order at 8:45 pm on January 13, 2025 by Paul Metz Members Present: Paul Metz-Chairman, Dianne Lyman-Treasurer, Chad Dhein-Supervisor, Jennifer Guslick-Supervisor, Kristin Dhein- Clerk Members excused: None Residents: None * Jennifer Guslick made a motion to waive the minutes for the Board of Audit Meeting held on January 8, 2024. Chad Dhein seconded the motion. Motion carried. * The Board met to audit the Town Books for the business transacted in the year 2024. We went over the transactions and the Treasurer books balanced with the statements. Board members signed the form for the Board of Audit. * Chad Dhein made a motion to adjourn the meeting and continue the meeting on another night. Motion was seconded by Jennifer Guslick. Motion carried. * Jennifer Guslick made a motion to accept the Board of Audit and Chad Dhein seconded the motion. Motion carried. * Chad Dhein made a motion to adjourn.
