Supervisor Newton, Supervisor Silvis, and Clerk Newton aƩended at Town Hall. Chairman Discianno and Treasurer Grimmer aƩended on Zoom. Supervisor Newton made a moƟon to approve the agenda. Supervisor Silvis seconded the moƟon, and the moƟon passed 3-0 in a voice vote. 1. Approval of Liquor License applicaƟons: Clerk Newton reviewed the applicaƟon for a temporary liquor license from the Winchester Lions Club for an NEMSD benefit event on 12/6/2025. Supervisor Newton made a moƟon to approve the temporary liquor license for the Winchester Lions Club NEMSD benefit event on December 6th, 2025. Supervisor Silvis seconded the moƟon and the moƟon passed 3-0 in a voice vote. 2. Approval of Treasurer’s tax collecƟon bond: Supervisor Newton made a moƟon to approve the 2025/2026 Treasurer’s tax collecƟon bond for $761,894.12. Supervisor Silvis seconded the moƟon and the moƟon passed 3-0 in a voice vote. The meeƟng was adjourned at 10:57 am on December 2nd, 2025.
