Stat. § 70.46(4)) Board of Review proceedings: 1. Presentation by the Town Assessor of the Annual Assessment Report & Assessment Roll a. Assessor shall verify that all corrections of error under state law (Wis. Stat. § 70.43) are corrected in the assessment roll b. Assessor shall verify that Open Book changes are included in the assessment roll 2. Review the Assessment Roll and perform statutory duties: a. Examine the roll b. Correct description or calculation errors c. Add omitted property d. Eliminate double assessed property 3. Two-hour window for property assessment objections 4.
