Call to Order and Approval of Agenda Chairman Newton called the meeting to order at 8:03 AM; the Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Motion: To approve the agenda at the Chairman's discretion. Moved: Newton • Seconded: Silvis • Vote: Carried 2-0 2. Appointment to Fill Town Supervisor Vacancy The Board expressed appreciation to the three candidates interviewed at the June 22, 2026 Special Town Board Meeting. Motion: To appoint Danny Dye to fill the remainder of the vacant Supervisor term. Moved: Newton • Seconded: Silvis; Huybrecht • Vote: Carried 3-0 Clerk Huybrecht indicated he would notify Danny Dye of the appointment order after the meeting.
