Pipke Pond Restoration Committee (PPRC) Wednesday, March 18, 2026 @ 10am Minutes Call to order 10:10 by Cathy Logan Weber New Business Call to order: Eric Benn, Al Drum, Cathy Logan Weber, Al Eschenbauch I. New Business Update and discuss DBS progress on DFA and Dam plans Kendra with DBSterlin (DBS) has submitted The Pipke Dam Plans and Specifications to the DNR for review. We discussed again that once we have a formal review from the DNR on our plans the town will have a 90 day period to choose a contractor. Forrest Van Asten will review the plans. He said there are lots of moving parts, it is a complicated project. II. Old Business a. Discuss letters of interest from contractors Eric has developed the letters to go to several “local” contractors to give them a heads up that the project is on the horizon and see if they have an interest in working with us. Included in the letter will be unapproved plans to give them an idea of the scope of the project. PPRC will be coordinating with DBS on putting out the bids and advertising the project. b. Proposal for review of Wetland Fill GP Application by Ann Key Eric moved to make a recommendation to the town board that the consultant Ann Key, of Wetland and Waterways LLC. review our Water Resources and Wetland Discharge permit applications for a price not to exceed $1200.
