WESTBORO TOWN BOARD Saturday, March 10, 2012 at 8:30 a.m. Community Center at N8855 Second Street 1. Call to order. 2. Act on the minutes of the February 11, 2012 meeting as printed. 3. Updates on: computer replacement; back up storage; Denise Neumueller telephone call about Zimmerman Road South; toweling dispensers; soap and cleaning supplies; basement door installation; baseboard maintenance; snowstorm problems; TRIP approved; sand shed; Park Road project with the U.S. Forest Service; smoke detectors; acoustics in town lobby/office; Motor Fuel rebate. 4. Discuss and act on releasing bids for blacktopping, crack sealing, gravel, chip sealing. 5. Discuss and act on dump truck repairs, shop truck, fuel tank and tool box purchases. 6. Discuss and act on selling the shop truck and fire department equipment van. 7. Act on posting roads with weight limits on March 13 th at noon simultaneously with Taylor County. 8. Maintenance Report. 9. Discuss and act on purchase of Recycling Center camera system. 10. Act on request by Road & Maintenance Director to attend an Asphalt Road Maintenance workshop in Eau Claire on March 21 st and Gravel Road Maintenance workshop in Marathon on April 25 th at a cost of $60 each. 11. Discuss and act on enforcing Wisconsin Statute 346.94(5) – plowing snow across/on town roads and Wisconsin Statute 66.0907(5) – snow removal on public sidewalks. 12. Act on request from Westboro Pride for a temporary class “B” license for an event to be held on Saturday, March 17 th , 2012 at the VFW Hall. 13. Act on possible reimbursement for wiring costs in the public library by utilizing Plum Creek grant funds of $3,000. 14. Act on the Treasurer’s Report. 15. Review and approve payment of bills as submitted. 16. Public Input and/or Correspondence Set next meeting date and adjournment.
