Act on minutes of the August 14, 2011 meetings as printed. 3. Act on Treasurer’s Report. 4. Public Input and/or Correspondence. 5. Discuss and act on the punch list for the Community Center and other issues with Decker Lumber & Supply. 6. Maintenance Report to include: update on Tire Recycling and Clean Sweep; Hills Lane ditching, French drain install on Ruprich Lane, spray patching done by County Highway Department; culvert projects. 7. Discuss and act on the following: a. Arrow Lift Elevator Contract. b. Monument for school bell and flag poles; location for same. c. Renting the Community Center and establishing a rental fee. d.
