Town of Rock Elm Elmwood, Pierce County, Wisconsin Special Board Meeting MINUTES September 23, 2026 Meeting called to order at 6:11 p.m. by Chairman Tim Bates. Others present: Matt Holcomb, Supervisor; Adam Carson, Supervisor; Dawn Churchill, Clerk; and 1 resident. Motion to approve the agenda was made by Matt Holcomb, second by Adam Carson, motion carried. Solar Ordinance Existing Solar Ordinances from two surrounding communities were reviewed. Discussion on good points from both documents and a new document for Rock Elm was put together. This document will be reviewed by the Board members when it has been reworked and then forwarded to legal counsel for review.
