Town of Rock Elm Elmwood, Pierce County, Wisconsin MINUTES Budget Planning Town Board Meeting – Wednesday, October 22, 2025 Meeting called to order at 8:00 p.m. by Chairman Tim Bates. Others present: Matt Holcomb, Supervisor; Chris Thibado, Supervisor; Dave Bechel, Patrolman; Dawn Churchill, Clerk; and 2 residents, 1 non-resident. Motion to approve the agenda was made by Matt Holcomb, second by Chris Thibado, motion carried. Review town finances, plan for future expenditures, draft proposed budget The board reviewed budget items and complied 2026 budget for review next month. Set date and time for Budget Public Hearing The Budget Public Hearing will be November 12, 2025 at 7:30 p.m. Immediately following this meeting will be the public review of proposed levy, followed by the regular monthly meeting.
