Special Town Meeting/ Road Tour Town of Rock Elm Elmwood, WI 54740 Pierce County Friday April 4, 2025 Begins at 10:00 AM Rock Elm Town Hall I. Approve Agenda II. Meet at the Rock Elm Town Shop at 10:00 AM III. Public Input IV. Leave to drive the town roads to check the condition of roadways, culverts, bridges with possible action V. Return to town shop, exact time unknown VI. Adjourn Minutes Tim, Matt, Chris, Dave and Monica met at the town shop at 10:00. Motion to approve the agenda by Matt, seconded by Chris, motion carried. Tim drove everyone around in his truck. Many, but not all, town roads were looked at for condition and needed maintenance. Some past projects were looked over as well. As usual there are more needs than funds to repair so will need tough choices on priorities. Estimations on gravel, fill, and paving materials will be discussed.
