TOWN OF DRAMMEN BOARD MEETING MINUTES September 14, 2026 | 7:00 p.m. Location: Drammen Town Hall, W6505 County Road ZZ, Mondovi, Wisconsin Board members present: Jeff Larson, Chair; Joe Becker, Supervisor 1; and Mike Isaacson, Supervisor 2, Nick Lutes, Clerk, Donna Lampman, Treasurer. Others present: Pat Olin and Greg Lampman 1. Call to Order Chairman Jeff Larson called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. A quorum was present. 2. Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes Motion by Joe Becker, seconded by Mike Isaacson, to approve the August 10, 2026 Board Meeting minutes as presented with no corrections. Motion carried. 3. Treasurer's Report Treasurer Donna Lampman presented the August 2026 Treasurer's Report. A minor typographical error was caught and corrected. Motion by Mike Isaacson, seconded by Joe Becker, to approve the Treasurer's Report as presented. Motion carried unanimously. 4. Monthly Bills The Board reviewed the monthly bills. Motion by Joe Becker, seconded by Mike Isaacson, to approve the monthly bills. Motion carried unanimously. 5. Monthly Budget Review The Board reviewed the monthly budget. No action was necessary. 6. New Business WTA Fall Training and Annual Convention No Board member requested to attend the Wisconsin Towns Association Annual Convention. The Town Treasurer and Town Clerk will attend the WTA Fall Training virtually. The Clerk will complete the registrations. Accessible Parking Space Marking The Board discussed the requirements for marking the accessible parking space in the Town Hall parking lot in accordance with ADA standards. The Clerk will research approximate costs and available marking options. Employee Review and Compensation The Board discussed Town employee Tim Hoverson's performance during the year and reviewed an annual employee performance evaluation. The Clerk will finalize the evaluation and provide it to the Chairman for presentation to Tim Hoverson on October 1, 2026. Motion by Joe Becker, seconded by Mike Isaacson, to increase Tim Hoverson's hourly wage by $1.00 and grant an additional 40 hours of vacation time, effective October 1, 2026. Motion carried unanimously. 7. Chairman, Supervisor, Treasurer, and Clerk Updates Road Repairs Chairman Larson reported that road repairs were in progress and expected to be completed during the week. Rock Creek Road Tree Trimming Chairman Larson discussed tree trimming on Rock Creek Road that had been raised by Tim Hoverson. The Clerk, who resides on Rock Creek Road, will contact affected neighbors regarding the planned trimming and whether they want the resulting wood. Bulk Item Drop-Off Supervisor 2 Mike Isaacson discussed the bulk item drop-off conducted by Troy Schulner and the next event planned for October 3, 2026. The Clerk will prepare flyers for distribution on Saturday. 8. Public Comment Pat Olin agreed to make the building sign presented at the previous meeting. The sign will identify the Ernie Werlein Memorial Maintenance Building and the Terry Glanzman Memorial Recycling Center. 9. Adjournment Motion by Joe Becker, seconded by Mike Isaacson, to adjourn.
