Town of Drammen Meeting Minutes Monday, June 10, 2024 The meeting was called to order by Chairman Ed Risler with all board members present. Greg Lampman, Tim Hoverson, Christine ??, Jonathan Dedon and Holter Galloway were in attendance. Motion to approve the May minutes made by Jeff Larson and seconded by Joe Becker. Motion carried. Motion to approve the May treasurer’s report made by Joe Becker and seconded by Jeff Larson. Motion carried. Motion to approve theJune 2024 bills made by Joe Becker and seconded by Jeff Larson with the addition of $1933.98 to Monarch paving for cold mix . Motion carried. Cracksealing bids for a portion of Hemlock Rd were opened. The bid for Scott Construction was accepted by motion by Joe Becker and seconded by Jeff Larson. Motion carried. Bid was for $17566.00. Eau Claire County Health Department will be contacted to give update on PFA’s in Town of Drammen. Motion to move into closed session for personnel discussions made by Jeff Larson and seconded by Joe Becker. Motion carried at 7:21 pm. Motion to move out of closed session made by Joe Becker and seconded by Jeff Larson. Motion carried at 8:13 pm. Motion to adjourn the meeting made by Jeff Larson and seconded by Joe Becker.
