Resolution No. 2024-1 A RESOLUTION ADOPTING COMPREHENSIVELY REVISED EAU CLAIRE COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE IN THE TOWN OF DRAMMEN WHEREAS, the Town of Drammen desires to promote the health, safety, convenience and general welfare of the residents of the Town and to encourage planned and orderly land use and development; and WHEREAS, the County Board of Eau Claire County, Wisconsin has adopted a comprehensive revision of the zoning ordinance for the physical development and zoning of land with Eau Claire County, and is officially known as Title 18, Land Use and Development Ordinance. Subtitles I-IV and VI-XII constitute the Eau Claire County Zoning Ordinance – these apply only in those towns that pass a resolution adopting the comprehensive revision; and WHEREAS, the following Subtitles of Title 18, Land Use and Development Ordinance apply in all Towns, V (Subdivision Regulation), XIV (Floodplain Overlay), XVI (Nonmetallic Mining Reclamation) and XVII (Shoreland Overlay). Subtitle XIII (Airport Overlay) applies with 3 statute miles of the boundaries of the Chippewa Valley Regional Airport and Subtitle XV (Groundwater Overlay) applies within the mapped recharge area of a municipal water supply. NOW, THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED, that pursuant to Section 59.69 (5)(c), Wisconsin Statutes, the Town of Drammen approves the Eau Claire County Zoning Ordinance (Title 18 of the Eau Claire Count Code of Ordinances) as described in Eau Claire County Ordinance No. 0167-003 (2023) and shall take all required actions to make said zoning ordinance applicable with the Town of Drammen. This resolution shall take effect on the date of the filing with the Clerk of Eau Claire County, a certified copy of this resolution, together with a copy of the Eau Claire County Title 18, Land Use and Development Ordinance attached.
