Town Board — Minutes

Town of Drammen Meeting Minutes January 8, 2024 The meeting was called to order by Chairman Ed Risler with all board members present. Town residents Jim Williams and Greg Lampman were in attendance. Motion to approve the December minutes made by Joe Becker and seconded by Jeff Larson. Motion carried. Motion to approve the December treasurer’s report made by Jeff Larson and seconded by Joe Becker. Motion carried. Motion to approve the January 2024 bills made by Joe Becker and seconded by Jeff Larson with the addition of Chimney Rock Appraisals for $2000.00. Motion carried. Motion to approve the resolution adopting the Comprehensively Revised Eau Claire County Zoning Ordinance in the Town of Drammen made by Jeff Larson and seconded by Joe Becker. Motion carried. Discussion of the cemetery located on the corner of South Oak and Pine Rd which the Town has taken care of since the 1950’s. The deed has it registered to the Drammen Lutheran Church. Church has been notified. Board of Review Training is on March 2, 2024 at the Florian Gardens. Board members should commit at the February meeting. Road Bids will be sent out for opening at the March meeting. Motion to adjourn made by Jeff Larson and seconded by Joe Becker. Motion carried. Submitted Mark Zuber Clerk
