Town of Drammen Meeting Minutes November 13, 2023 The meeting was called to order by Chairman Ed Risler with all board members present. Town residents Jim Williams and Dana Decambliza were in attendance. Motion to approve the October minutes made by Joe Becker and seconded by Jeff Larson. Motion carried. Motion to approve the October treasurer’s report made by Jeff Larson and seconded by Joe Becker. Motion carried. Motion to approve the moving of $20,000.00 from the money market account to the checking account because of higher interest earned made by Joe Becker and seconded by Jeff Larson. Motion carried. Motion to approve the November 2023 bills made by Joe Becker and seconded by Jeff Larson. Motion carried. Motion by Joe Becker and seconded by Jeff Larson to approve accepting the tax liability for the Town. Motion carried. Motion to approve the new contract with the Eau Claire Humane Association made by Joe Becker and seconded by Jeff Larson. Motion carried. Chairman Risler updated the board on the Emergency Medical Services purchase of a new ambulance. Motion to adjourn made by Jeff Larson and seconded by Joe Becker. Motion carried. Submitted Mark Zuber
