Town of Drammen Caucus Agenda January 9, 2023 1. Call meeting to order a. Announce all people should sign in on the sign in sheet b. Announce a call to elect a chairperson to conduct meeting (voice vote, first, then ballot if it can’t be determined. c. Ask motion to approve tellers to count votes if needed. 2. Explain procedure for making nominations. a. We will take nominations from the floor. ( Vote is required if more than 2 are nominated) b. After each Nomination is made ask “are there any more nominations” c. If hearing none state Nominations are closed. 3. Office of Town Chairman 4. Office of Supervisor 1 5. Office of Supervisor 2 6.
