Discuss and act on pursuing the removal of the Public Fire Protection fee from the Tax Levy to monthly utility bills. b. Update on Well #3 inspection. 8. Village Electric System a. Update on the 202 6 Substation project. b. Update on 2026 Electric Rate Case Study. 9. Village Sewer System a. Discussion on sewer jetter replacement. b. Discussion on 2027 sewer lining project 10. Village Storm Sewer System a. Discuss and recommend increasing stormwater utility rate from $2.24 to $4. 48 /monthly. 11. Review of utility financial statements. 12.
