AGENDA PLAN COMMISION MONDAY, JUNE 8, 2026 5:00PM MEETING WILL OCCUR AT THE PROPOSED SITE INTERSECTION OF 4TH AND STATE STREET Please take notice that there will be a public meeting of the above governmental body, on the date, time, and place indicated for purposes considering the subject matter set forth in the following agenda. The following agenda will be followed: Call to Order Roll Call Additions/Corrections/Approval of Agenda as posted Approve meeting minutes from April 6, 2026 Citizen Comment on any subject not on the agenda. Discuss request from the Heights Community Garden Group for a Conditional Use Permit to establish a community garden at the intersection of East Fourth Street and State Street. Parcel 153/0806-093-1900-1 Announcements Adjournment This may also constitute a meeting of the Village Board, Public Works and Properties, and Public Utility Commission because (i) the members of the Plan Commission may constitute a majority of the members of the Public Works and Properties Committee and/or Public Utility Commission; or (ii) it is expected that non-committee Village Board members may or will attend this committee meeting. As such, the Village Board, Public Works and Properties Committee, and Public Utility Commission will not take any formal action at this meeting; and all such action shall be done by the Plan Commission. Nevertheless, notice is given that a majority of the Village Board, Public Works and Properties, and Public Utility Commission may be expected to attend the meeting to gather information which may include being included in the discussion or asking questions concerning matters over which they have decision-making responsibilities.
