The agenda follows: 1. Call to Order Board of Trustees by Village President. Confirmation of compliance with Open Meetings Law. 2. Roll Call 3. Pledge of Allegiance 4. Presidents Report. 5. Public Comments – (limited to 15 minutes or 3 minutes per individual). 6. Correction and approval of minutes: September 9, 2026 7. Reports. – Police, Public Works, Admin. Committee, Public Works Committee 8. Approval of bills presented for payment. 9. Old Business: a. Discussion and possible action on whether to continue or not continue the suspension of enforcement of the grease trap ordinance. 10. New Business: a. Discussion and action of filling vacant Village Trustee position. b. Discussion regarding adding Bob Messinger to The Peoples Community Bank as an additional account signer. c. Discussion and possible approval of the iWorQ building permit application software . d. Discussion and possible approval of adding an Adobe Acrobat PDF software to the Village network.
