MINUTES Special Village Board Meeting April 23, 2026 A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Blue Mounds was called to order by Paul Baum, Village President at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 23, 2026, the special meeting was posted on April 21, 2026. Roll call: Paul Baum, Steve Burbank, Bob Messinger and Curt Winter 1. Approval of the bills as presented: Motion by Baum, second by Burbank to approve the bills as presented. Motion carried. All in favor. 2. Consideration of appointments of Village Trustees to Committees: Motion by Baum, second by Burbank to approve the trustee committee appointments of Bob Messinger and Curt Winter. Motion carried. All in favor Curt Winter and Steve Burbank to supervise Clerks and Police. Bob Messinger and Jeff Lange will supervise Public Works, Dan & Andy. All In favor. 3. Consideration of appointments of Village Residents to Committees: Discussion was held regarding open seats on Plan Commission and Board of Review committees. Baum went through the renewals and appointments. Bob Messinger will sit on Plan Commission. Jada Hooks will stay on Board of Review committee and Shannon Amble will be added to Board of Review committee. Motion by Baum, second by Burbank to approve the committee appointments as presented. All in favor. 4.
