MINUTES Special Village Board Meeting April 15, 2026 A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Blue Mounds was called to order by Paul Baum, Village President at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 15, 2026. The notice was posted on April 14, 2026, and accepted. Roll call: Paul Baum, Jim Frame, and Rick Kelly. Jeff Lange and Steve Burbank were absent. Motion by Frame, seconded by Kelly to go into closed session at 4:31 p.m. Voice vote all in favor. Motion by Frame, seconded by Kelly to return to open session at 5:38 p.m. Voice vote all in favor. Two interviews were conducted in closed session. Motion by Baum, seconded by Frame to offer the clerk treasurer position to Beverly Petrolis at $25.50 per hour with the approved benefit package.
