Town Committee — Minutes

TOWN OF YORK, DANE COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE COMMITTEE MINUTES OF JANUARY 5TH, 2026 The Comprehensive Plan Update Committee met on January 5th, 2026 at the York Town Hall. The meeting had been noticed as required. Chairman Jamie Derr asked for approval of the agenda. Motion by Steve Wolfe with a second from Dave Zander to approve of the agenda as posted. All present in favor. Chairman Derr discussed the Public Participation Plan as well as options for a survey distribution. An Open House was suggested for later in the process. Also a public hearing will have to be held to approve of the Plan update. Chairman Derr would like to review Chapters 1 and 2 at the next meeting. There being no further business on the agenda, motion by Steve Wolfe with a second from Keith Reopelle to adjourn the meeting. The meeting adjourned at 7:00 pm.
