TOWN OF YORK, DANE COUNTY MINUTES – OCTOBER 16, 2025 A special meeting of the Town of York Board was called to order at 4 pm by Chairman Helwig, All Board members were present. The Clerk verified that the notice of the meeting had been posted. Approval of agenda. Motion by Dave Auchtung with a second by Jamie Derr to approve of the agenda as posted. Approval of Unused Levy from prior years. Motion by Jamie Derr with a second from Dave Auchtung to approve of the use of the $1621.00 in unused levy from prior years. Motion approved with all present in favor. Approval of Resolution 2025-05 to Exceed the Levy Limit. Motion by Chairman Helwig with a second from Jamie Derr to approve of Resolution 2025-05 to Exceed the Levy Limit. On a roll call vote, Jamie Derr – yes; Dave Auchtung – yes; Chairman Helwig – yes. Motion approved by a 3-0 vote for approval. There was no more business on the agenda, so on a motion by Dave Auchtung with a second from Jamie Derr the meeting was adjourned at 4:12 pm.
