Special Meeting — Minutes

TOWN OF YORK, DANE COUNTY Minutes – February 18, 2023 A special meeting of the York Town Board was called to order at 10:00 am on Saturday, February 18, 2023. Present were Chairman Allen Wolfe and Supervisor Dean Helwig as well as Clerk/Treasurer Linda Henning. The meeting was called to pay the monthly bills. The agenda was approved as posted. Motion by Supervisor Helwig with a second by Chairman Wolfe to approve for payment the bills that had been submitted at the regular Town Board meeting on February 14, 2023, except the annual loan payment with the BPL. The Clerk/Treasurer had found a deposit that was posted by the Bank on the date that the bank statement was closed. This gave the Town additional revenue, so all the bills could be paid. Discussion on including the annual payment of the loan with the BPL. The Clerk/Treasurer was directed to check with the BPL to see if the annual payments could be extended to the end of the year. There was no more business on the agenda. Motion by Supervisor Helwig with a second by Chairman Wolfe to adjourn the meeting. The meeting was adjourned at 10:20 am.
