Public Hearing to consider a request from Range Truck Group, LLC. on a petition for rezoning, from the A-B Agricultural Business district to the M-1 Restricted Industrial district, of the 11- acre Parcel # 0909-141-9650-0, located at 201 Zoi Lane, Town of Vienna (DeForest-Vienna Extraterritorial Zoning Jurisdiction). 2. Public Hearing to consider a request from Karleen Hunter on a petition for rezoning of approximately .42 acres of Parcel #0909-361-8612-0 and 0909-361-8632-8 from the RH-1, Rural Housing district to the RE-2, Residential Estate Single-Family Residence district, located at 4875 and 4885 Cuba Valley Road, Town of Vienna (DeForest-Vienna Extraterritorial Zoning Jurisdiction). 3. Public Hearing to consider a request from New Tech Golf Carts for a conditional use permit to allow two oversized accessory buildings in the B-3, Highway Business zoning district located at 4884 County Highway V, (Parcel #0909-133-9831-1), Town of Vienna, WI. (DeForest-Vienna Extraterritorial Zoning Jurisdiction).
