Vienna Tourism — Minutes

Vienna Tourism Commission Minutes Wednesday January 14, 2026, at 9:00am Meeting held at Town of Vienna I. Call to Order: Karl Anderson called the meeting to order at 9:00am. Members present: Amanda Nickel, Jenny Olesen, Luke Justman, and Kathy Clark. II. Approval minutes: Motion by Clark, to approve December minutes, seconded by Justman. All in favor. Motion carried. III. Approval of financials: Motion by Clark to approve December financials, seconded by Justman. All in favor. Motion carried. IV. New Business: A. New Year, New Opportunities: A brief discussion on some of the new ideas Nickel has been working on. These will need to be followed up on. B. Presentation by Tami from Two (2) Fold Marketing-Tami provided background on the company and a handout with a presentation of marketing ideas, specific to Pink Elephant. Tami worked with individuals in their office to come up with a few animated slides of Pinky showing up in different businesses, or a moving Pinky for visitors or other possibilities. The commission would discuss and reconvene next month with a decision on doing new business in the future. V. Old Business: A. Website Update: A work in progress. Not much new to report. B. Madison Media Updates: Working on exit 126 information and promotions. C. Town of Vienna Updates: New proposed QTS Data Center is still under review D. Chamber of Commerce Updates: Justman reported working with businesses to promote new ideas and memberships VI. Any other business to come before the Vienna Tourism Commission: None VII.
