The agenda for this meeting includes the following items: • Call the Town Board meeting to order • Recite the Pledge of Allegiance • Public comment • Approve or amend the minutes of the October 21, 2025, Town board meeting • Discussion and possible action on Bank Account Consolidation-JB Auditor Recommendation • Discussion and possible action on Utility Bills-ACH Withdrawals for Payment • Discussion and possible action on Retainer Agreement with Municipal Law & Litigation Group • Discussion and possible action on Resolution 2025-4, Levy Limit Worksheet Adjustment (WAFD) • Discussion and final review of Draft 2026 G/L Budget and Road Project/Maintenance • Operator’s License • Town Supervisor Reports • Town Clerk’s Report o 2025 Tax Levy and Processing o Update on transition from QB to Workhorse • Review and authorize payments of current town and utility bills, wages, and expenses • Adjourn *Closed Session removed – A complete agreement from QTS with Map has not been received Note: QTS has withdrawn plans to develop the data center in the Town of Vienna Posted in the monthly newsletter, at the Town Hall and on the Towns website www.viennawi.gov
