VIENNA TOWN BOARD PUBLIC HEARING FOR COMPREHENSIVE PLAN Monday, September 29, 2025 AGENDA The Vienna Town Board will meet on Monday, September 29, 2025, at 7:00PM at the Town Hall, located at 7161 County Highway I, DeForest, WI. The agenda for this Public Hearing includes the following: 1) Call the Town Board meeting to order 2) Recite the Pledge of Allegiance 3) Public Comment (topics not related to agenda) 4) Public Hearing on the Proposed 2023-2025 Comprehensive Plan Update o Chair open Public Hearing on proposed Comprehensive Plan update o Staff Presentation by County Planning Department o Q&A for clarifications on staff presentation o Appearances before the Town Board by the public ▪ Please fill out a speaker form if you wish to speak for the record ▪ Each speaker is limited to 5 minutes (share your name, address, if you are in support or opposition to the proposal as well as your comments) o Chair close Public Hearing on proposed Comprehensive Plan update 5) Discussion and Possible Action or Recommendation on the Proposed 2023-2025 Comprehensive Plan Update o Town Board member discussion and possible action on request to approve the draft Comprehensive Plan update as presented, including the draft Land Use Map. 6) Any other business that lawfully comes before the Town of Vienna Board 6) Adjourn Posted at the Town Hall and on the Towns website www.viennawi.gov. This hearing is being held in accordance with Wisconsin Statute 66.1001(4)(d) for comprehensive plans, which requires a public hearing before action is taken on this matter.
