If the Chair or staff has received written comments for items not on the agenda, these may be read. 3) Old Business A. Motion to convene into closed session pursuant to sec. §19.85(1)(e) of the Wisconsin Statutes for purposes of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session (Discussion regarding negotiation of new or extended Boundary Agreement with the City of Verona). B. Motion to return to Open Session C.
