future land use change and is not in reference to any development plan, this is also
not regarding the boundary agreement, he is strongly in favor, all surrounding land is

Public Comment:
Brandi Mueller, 7222 Pine Row Road, appreciates the updated wording. She
referenced a study that showed that this area should be protected for the Badger
Mill Creek. Mineral extraction could become more important than the water in the
area. She worries about what is the most important with natural resources in that
area.
Will Springer, 100 S Main Janesville, WI. Starting in 1997 the state decided by state
statute, certain requirements must be met to recognize non-metallic mineral
extraction. The owner must obtain all necessary permits to extract the non-metallic
minerals. Applicant is asking only that the town recognize this is a non-metallic
mineral site.
