Agenda 101926 TOWN OF SUN PRAIRIE PLAN COMMISSION MEETING Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Town of Sun Prairie Plan Commission will be held on Monday, October 19, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. at the Town Hall, 5556 Twin Lane Road, to transact the following business: Agenda: 1. Call meeting to order 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Statement of Public Notice 4. Approve Minutes of the September 21, 2026 meeting 5. Recess for comments from the public 6. Preliminary Hearing: on a request from Alan & Mary Meyer, on Parcel #0811-192- 9000-2, 31.9 acres, currently zoned A-1(EX) (Exclusive Agriculture, located at 3156 Nelson Rd. Alan & Mary would like to split off the current house and 4 acres and rezone to SFR (Single Family Residence), remainder land zoned AG (Argriculture). Also, Parcel #0811-192-9560-5, 20.397 acres, currently zoned RH-4 (Rural Homes District), they would like to break off a lot to build a new home for themselves, leaving the remainder of the land zoned AG (Agriculture). 7. Conditional Use Permit: on a request from Frank McGuigan, on Parcel #0811-304- 8950-0, 1.05 acres, located at 5607 Twin Lane Rd., currently zoned SFR (Single Family Residence).
