Agenda 092126 TOWN OF SUN PRAIRIE PLAN COMMISSION MEETING Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Town of Sun Prairie Plan Commission will be held on Monday, September 21, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. at the Town Hall, 5556 Twin Lane Road, to transact the following business: Agenda: 1. Call meeting to order 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Statement of Public Notice 4. Approve Minutes of the August 17, 2026 meeting 5. Recess for comments from the public 6. Preliminary Hearing: on a request from John & Deb Krebs, on Parcel #0811-022- 9000-7, 39.7 acres, currently zoned A-1(EX) (Exclusive Agriculture), and Parcel #0811-022-8500-4, 32.9 acres, currently zoned A-1(EX) (Exclusive Agriculture), located at 6266 County Highway VV. John & Deb would like to break off the house and buildings from the farm land. 7. Preliminary Hearing: on a request from Heidi Kuhman & Peter Bullwinkel, on Parcel #0811-304-8950-0, 18.41 acres, located at 2980 County Highway T, currently zoned A-B (Agriculture Business District). Heidi & Peter would like to present to the Planning Commission their future plans for this parcel. 8. Public Hearing: Approve the Resolution on Data Center Moratorium 9.
