Agenda 061625 TOWN OF SUN PRAIRIE PLAN COMMISSION MEETING Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Town of Sun Prairie Plan Commission will be held on Monday, June 16, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. at the Town Hall, 5556 Twin Lane Road to transact the following business: Agenda: 1. Call meeting to order 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Statement of Public Notice 4. Approve Minutes of the May 19, 2025 meeting 5. Recess for comments from the public 6. Preliminary Hearing: on a request from Ben Stanger, from Green Box, LLC, on Parcel #0811-304-9050-6, 7.30 acres, currently zoned COM (Commercial) located at 3008 County Highway TT. Ben would like to operate his food scrap composting site at 3577 Bailey, LLC. (Schonheit Gardens & Landscaping). 7. Preliminary Hearing: on a request from Chris Janssen, on Parcel #0811-321-5428-7, 15.339 acres, located at 2730 Torbleau Rd., currently zoned RH-3 (Rural Homes District). Chris would like to split this parcel. 8. Preliminary Hearing: on the Conditional Use Permit request from Steve Drunasky, on Parcel #0811-161-8040-0, 5.103 acres, currently zoned RBB (Rural Based Business) located at 2391 Bailey Rd. Steve wants to run a business which will involve parking and removal of vehicles. 9.
